Acrylic Love Charms

Description:

1.Minimum Quantity:

The minimum quantity is 20 pieces for one or two designs. Buy More, Save More. If you need larger quantity, please contact us.

2.How to customize:

Upload PSD/PNG/PDF/AI file of your charm design, and write the description about your request for this customization. Choose the Size, Print (Same Sides or Different Sides), Technique and Accessory of Key Rings. Our designer will make the cut line or the hole according to charm design. Charm size should include charms border and hole and depends on the longest edge, not only the printing design size. The default border size is 2mm. If you do not need border, please write the request on the description or on your artwork file. It also needs 1mm bleeding.

3.Request for the Color:

The design needs to be CMYK colour, with at least 300 resolution, 1000 pixels or more. It is better to upload PNG transparent background or PSD format. We print it by UV printing machines in default RGB colour. If you need to print in CMYK colour, please write it on the description.

4.Material & Thickness:

It's made by 2 Layer of 100% clear acrylic. The default thickness is 2mm+2mm. If you choose the technique to add Epoxy, it will be added another 2mm thickness. If you have other request for the thickness, please write it on description.

5.Printing:

It’s double-sided printed in the middle of two layer acrylic by UV printer. It will never fade or fall off. 

6.Same Design & Different Design:

Same Design on both sides means that the back side will be mirrored in default, like the following picture showing.

If you don't like the mirror design on the back side, please provide the front and back side and choose the option for Different Design on both sides. Different design needs to prepare the front and back designs with the same outer contour. Please make sure the contour is completely symmetrical.

Noted: the Translucent Colored meanssemi-transparent part on design. Please separate your design's semi-transparent art from your artwork as an individual layer in PSD file, and name it.

8. Protective Film: 

It's attached on both sides to prevent scratches during transportation. Please tear off the protective file before use.

10.Packaging Choice:

The default is packed by individul transparent bag. If you need other packaging or add custom cardboard, please contact us or email to aichcrafts@gmail.com.

11.Production Finish Time:

20-200 pieces need 3 days. If it's adding epoxy, it needs to add another 5 days.

200 or more pieces needs 5~7 days. If it's adding epoxy, it needs to add another 5-7 days.

12. Shipping:

We provide multiple options of shipping to meet your paticular needs. Following are the common delivery options and shipping time.

(1) DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx or Other Expedited/Fast Shipping: 4-12days. The freight charge needs to be quoted additionally. Please contact us if you need it.

(2) Our Default Shipping Method is Standard Express, such as CNE Express (15-30days), USPS(8-20days), some remote areas needs more than 30 days. We will choose the best express based your address. It can be safe and can be tracked online.

(3) Ocean Shipping：20-50days. Mostly it's used for order of large quantity. The freight charge needs to be quoted additionally. Please contact us if you need it.
